The USD/JPY pair has rejected the 106.05 resistance area once again, therefore, the pair will likely remain within range going forward. The longer-term downtrend remains intact, with yet again lower highs. Momentum indicators remain in bearish territory.

GBP/USD

The GBP/USD pair has finally broken the 1.298 resistance level and the next hurdle for buyers is the 1.311 price level. Buyers conviction will be tested as the pair continues to trace the ascending trendline. Momentum indicators have upward trajectories.
